"Flora Futura" is a practical response to the urgent need for urban renewal and native biodiversity. Designed for the prospective guerrilla gardener,  the collection of tools, including the Exploration Capsule, Wallflora Drying Clamp, Seed Bomb Lighter, and Folding Snips, symbolize a societal shift toward a greener, more conscious future. These products aim to transform forgotten urban spaces into thriving pockets of biodiversity, fostering a tangible connection to the environment and community. The line of products also use interchangeable readily available components such as the top half of a plastic 2 liter soda bottle. This is a movement where cultivating greenery and flora becomes a means to transform communities, advocate for sustainability, and foster a deeper connection with the natural world.
EXPLORATION CAPSULE
The Exploration Capsule is designed to  transport, collect, and observe flora in urban spaces. The design features a top section that unscrews, allowing easy access to collected plants. The middle section, similar to a camera shutter mechanism, supports the plant upright and is controlled by an exterior sliding tab. Beyond its functionality, this vessel serves as a futuristic fashion statement, grounding the project's aesthetic. Encouraging exploration and interaction, it becomes a conversation starter and a symbol for the activity.
FOLDING SNIPS
Snips for cutting and collecting flowers and plant specimens. The blades slide into the handle, allowing convenient storage in a pocket. This ensures not only safekeeping but also facilitates everyday use and on-the-go carry.
WALL FLORA DRYING CLAMP
The Wall Flora Drying Clamp simultaneously dries flowers and displays them as wall decoration. The product features a gravity clamp to hold the stems with a small dial/knob for manual adjustment. The gear mechanism in the clamp has a serrated edge to ensure that the flowers are secured.
FLORA BOMBER
The Flora Bomber helps scatter seed bombs discreetly. It functions by pulling the sliding extender to unlatch the lid. Then, the user presses down on the tab to open the lid and release the seed bombs into the sliding extender. The curved edge on the sliding extender turns it into a tool for launching seed bombs and for digging into the ground.
